Affiliate Program Terms of Use

oxygen4leadership Ltd. ("We") offers an affiliate program through which affiliates can earn commissions by promoting oxygen4leadership's online coaching programs and services. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

Promotion of Our Services

• You may use banners, text links, or other forms of marking approved by us to promote our coaching programs and services. All promotional material must clearly identify you as an affiliate and must be pre-approved by us.

Compliance with Laws

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotion of our programs, including disclosures and disclaimers as required.

Commission Structure

• Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that you generate. A qualifying sale is one that is completed and paid for by a customer referred through your affiliate link. Commissions are calculated as [percentage] of the revenue from each qualifying sale.

Payment of Commissions

• Commissions are paid on a net monthly basis. Commission payments will be issued within 5 days following the end of each payment period. Payment is contingent upon your affiliate account being in good standing.

Termination

• We may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time if you violate these terms or engage in any misleading, fraudulent or illegal activities. You may terminate your participation at any time by providing 10 days written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions on qualifying sales up to that point will be paid.

Miscellaneous

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Any disputes arising out of the affiliate program will be governed by the laws of the UK without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
